Industrial expansion in France for a Canadian mid-sized company

TQ Advisory Europe accompanied a industrial mid-sized company Canadian in its project to double production capacity in France.
Our mission covered the entire process: identification and acquisition of a new 80,000 m² reception site, negotiation of purchase conditions, and optimization of the valorization of the old site through its resale.

At the same time, we managed the assembly and obtaining of public grants amounting to 1.5 million euros to support this strategic industrial expansion project.

This operation allowed our client to strengthen its presence in Europe while optimizing its initial investment.
